How do I make a reservation? Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day. Once booked online, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 48 hours. You can also book by calling one of our rental assistants at (858) 598-3137. Is booking online secure? YES. www.710br.com is a secure network. Your personal and payment information are safe and confidential and are only viewable by the website Administrator. What is required to secure my reservation? In a nutshell... If booking is made outside 60 days of Arrival Date: Reservation Payment (50% of Total Cost), consent to Rental Terms, and a valid Credit Card. If booking is made within 60 days of Arrival Date: 100% of Costs paid, consent to Rental Terms, and a valid Credit Card.
If booking is made outside 60 days of Arrival Date, Reservation Payment (50% of Total Cost) is required immediately to reserve the dates. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Example, if your Arrival Date is 7/4/10, the Confirmation Payment is due by 5/4/10. If booking is made within 60 days of Arrival Date. Total Cost is due immediately to reserve the dates. What are the Cancellation/Refund Policies? All payments are NONREFUNDABLE. However we do offer "Deposit Protection." If booking is made outside 60 days of Arrival Date, you have the option to purchase "Deposit Protection" for an additional cost of 8% of the Reservation Payment. Example, if the total cost of your reservation was $2,000, the Reservation Payment would be $1,000. "Deposit Protection" would cost $80. If you had to cancel your Reservation for any reason outside the 60 days, you would be refunded your Reservation Payment. Once within the 60 days, the "Deposit Protection" expires and Reservation Payment becomes Nonrefundable. Once Confirmation Payment is made it is nonrefundable. How do I check-in to my vacation rental? Most of our vacation rental homes do not allow pets due to allergy concerns. Rentals that do allow pets usually limit them to two (2) housebroken domestic animals (dogs) unless otherwise stated. A $100 minimum, nonrefundable fee is charged for each pet. Any pets must be approved prior to occupancy. A pet of any kind on the premises of a non-pet property is absolutely prohibited and is grounds for immediate eviction of the entire party without refund.
If I have questions during my stay, who can I call?
What is supplied in the home? Guests will arrive to find professionally laundered and sanitized high quality linens on ready made beds. Bath sets (which include bath towels and hand towels) are also provided. Beach towels are NOT provided, please remember to bring your own. All of our vacation rentals will have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, dinner ware and flat ware. Our vacation rentals also include a starter kit of dish soap, dish washing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. The starter kit is meant to get you by until you make it to the store. If you would like our concierge service to stock the home with your favorite items, please let us know. What kind of extra amenities can I expect? Our vacation rentals have plenty of spaces perfect for spending family-time together. Many of our homes include BBQ grills and wireless internet access. A list of these amenities will be found on the online property description, or your reservation agent can go over the specific amenities of each home. Is daily housekeeping available? While your vacation rental is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, should you require a mid-stay or daily housekeeping service, it is available for an additional fee. |
