Long Term Leases

710 Beach Rentals offers extended leases on many of our listed properties. Lease options are flexible, though primarily executed September-May. 
We are open to Students for extended leases however reckless partying and property abuse will not be tolerated. Large security deposits are required and tenants must be willing to maintain the property in the same quality as they are delivered. All applicants must provide past rental references. 
To respect the privacy of current tenants, viewings will not be allowed until applicants have filled out rentals apps and have been approved.
