We rented Rockaway Townhouse for Labor Day Weekend. We spent 4 nights here & had a fabulous time. The house is very modern & slept 6 of us very comfortably. The view from the deck is spectacular & we spent a lot of time out there. Blaine was very helpful when we had any questions. I'd highly recommend this property to anybody who is looking for an upscale place to stay in MB.

Stayed at Rockaway#2 with my girlfriend and loved the oceanfront condo. Its a perfect location in mission beach and being right on the boardwalk is great for a young couple. The condo was super clean and contemporarily styled, which I really liked. The master bedroom has amazing oceanfront views and even from the glass doors of the master bath. The extra bedroom is decently sized with great skylights and its own contemporary bath. We enjoyed all the space and loved sitting at the table on the main floor watching sunsets out over mission beach. The building is new and parking was attached and fit a normal sedan. The washer and dryer really came in handy after being there for a week. Flat Screens with HDTV and the internet worked great. Got engaged to my girlfriend on the beach right in front of the condo, and had a very romantic week. I definitely recommend Rockaway, the entire building for any romantic vacation or small family who wants to stay oceanfront. Awesome place and I'll definitely try to stay again.

We just got back from our visit to San Diego and stay at Devon's White Castle. The best feature of the house beside the obvious location is by far the roof deck. Some of the kids slept on top. We rented the entire place upstairs and downstairs. We had 18 people (4 families). The challenge initially was working out the logistics of who was sleeping where (couples, girls, boys, etc). The house worked out nicely in accommodating us all. If this is your first time on the beach, definitely plan for bonfire on the beach. Oh...and they are not kidding about the garage space...very tight. Have fun, we did!!

Our family of four, including 2.5 year old twins, stayed at 2855 Ocean Front Walk (Casa Coronado) for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful with all of the modern amenities of a high end hotel with the added bonus of a kitchen and large enclosed patio. The patio was great for the kids and was an extension of the house with a huge outdoor barbeque and comfortable furniture. The location of the property is ideal and the views are incredible. It’s right in front of the volley ball courts so you get some activity but far enough away from the crowds that gather at Belmont Park. There is a steady stream of passerby’s walking along the boardwalk until very late in the night but you get used to it and can close the shades for privacy if necessary. The kitchen was well stocked with pot/pans/dishes, but we had to purchase a lot of basic spices for cooking. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay again.

Our experience was absolutely PERFECT. The house was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Coronado property for 10 days in February. The property was very clean and well appointed - high end appliances and a well-equipped kitchen. Having the barbecue island and the courtyard was great. With our 18 month old daughter it was a perfect set-up. She could play in the courtyard or we could step through the gate and be on the beach. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive to Sea World and the Zoo - we were never more than 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Dane and Blaine were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you to both Jeff and Blaine. We celebrated our daughters 18th birthday at MB and stayed the weekend in Rockaway 3. It was an amazing location right between MB and PB. It was so nice to be able to walk to get a bite to eat, rent bikes and hit the beach. All the kids that came for the day or stayed the night said it was the best time they had ever had at the beach. I would totally recommend this location for a romantic get-a-way too. The master bedroom was so incredible, we slept with the window open every night and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Also, thanks for being on hand to answer our questions when we arrived, it allowed us to settle quickly and get started enjoying the weekend right away…we will definitely book this destination again.

Overall, my party (4 adults + 2yr old) was very happy with the condo rental. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was exactly as represented on the web, which rarely happens. It was also kid-friendly, especially the closed in patio - perfect! 710 Beach Rentals was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would definately stay there again and would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

I had a wonderful time in your unit at Mission Beach. I am very fortunate to have stayed in some very wonderful vacation accommodations. I think your web site is great. You always got right back to me and your contract was very efficient. I love the architecture of most of the units and... the creative use of space.

Jeff, Your condo (Rockaway #3) was incredible and just what we were looking for. My law partner and I were in San Diego for business and rented it for 4 days in March, and never wanted to leave the unit. All the appliances and amenities are top-of-the-line, and you can't get any closer to the beach!! We kept the patio doors open most of the time to soak of the breeze and the scenery. We loved our stay on Mission Beach, and this condo made it all the better. The condo is in great shape, a very cozy place to be. We have small children so this location was ideal because it was an easy access to the beach, yet while the children were napping you are able to sit in the living room and still enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. Also, in each room you are able to hear the beautiful sound of the ocean waves! Another aspect that we really liked is it has tons of storage areas for all of your things which makes the area feel neat and picked up (as opposed to a hotel room where your stuff is everywhere!). I really could go on and on about this place, we will definitely be back again!

Hey Jeff, The unit we rented at 3785 Ocean Front Way #1 was amazing. The location was perfect and the unit was impeccably designed. The view from the upstairs bedroom was awesome. The unit was very clean and tidy. It was just as advertised. Thanks for allowing us to stay till noon at no extra charge. I will definitely use your service again.

The house was beautiful and closer to the beach than I had expected. We had plenty of room for our large party which was also a pleasant suprise. Everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously and have already begun discussions on renting the house again next year or possibly even later this summer for another weekend if it is available!

My co-workers and I rented this townhouse the 3rd week of June. The managers replied promptly to all questions and/or requests. 4 of us were there part of the week and 3 the remaining 4 days of the week. The condo fits 4 nicely and the views are wonderful from every room in the condo. Each of the 2 BR's has a balcony with one of the BR's being almost ocean front. Although this unit is one house back from the beach, the views are better than we had with a direct ocean front unit last year. The fireplace that services the balcony and living room really puts out the heat, making the balcony comfortable to enjoy in nearly any weather. The steam shower was also a very nice touch. My friends and I would all recommend this unit to others who enjoy a new, modern, upscale stay in Mission Beach. Tracy

The condo was spectacular, loaded with every amenity. The open air eating area was amazing. We had morning coffee watching the dolphins play in the waves. Thank you so much for such excellent service. We will be back with the rest of the family!!

We had a great time this past week at 3333 Oceanfront #2. The dryer and washer really was a great asset and the unit was very clean. I was very impressed with the whole area. We had not stayed on the Mission Beach for four years and it really has a nice family charm to it, relatively quiet and clean!!! Chris

Jeff, Our family had a wonderful time at Jersey #4! We plan on reserving again for next summer!! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the fact that they were very sound-proof! Even though we bring our own, we appreciated having some starter supplies of soap, paper towels, laundry supplies, and toilet tissue. The large bbq grill was a plus so that we could cook for everyone at the same time. The kitchen was very well stocked with enough plates, cups, and silverware for everyone. We really liked the large coffee cups and variety of drink cups! We have been coming to Mission Beach for the last 15 years and will continue vacationing there, hopefully in your property at 3333 Ocean Front Walk #4!!! The house was amazing!! We were at 754 Devon and were so pleased with the location and the clean, modern and comfortable accomodations. We loved the modern touches like the keyless entry and sound system throughout. The weather wasn't as nice as we had hoped, so we spent more time hanging out at the house than we originally planned, so it was great that it was a nice place to relax, and with the 4 huge bedrooms and so many private bathrooms, we were able to have privacy even for our large group!

This was our first time staying in 726 Devot Ct., "The White Castle", and we loved it. We chose the house because of it's beautiful rooftop deck,and it was just perfect. During our stay we had a small wedding ceremony on the deck, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was very accommodating for the 15 people we had staying with us. The landlords were also very helpful and communicated well (cell phone & texting). For the most part we were pleasantly surprised with the beach house, and loved the close proximity to the beach and gorgeous views. Thanks again for the beautiful house, it was much more than we could have asked for to celebrate our wedding with close friends and family! The Morones

Just stayed in 2 units in Mission Beach - Jersey #3 & #4. Both places were AMAZING and right on the boardwalk. We had plenty of room for 10 people and we all agreed that we had the best condos along the boardwalk. Would rent again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!!!

We (3 adults & 2 kids) stayed at 3786 Strandway #2 for Labor Day Weekend. From the initial booking to the final payment, the people at 710br.com have been nothing but nice and accommodating. Before I finally booked the place, they answered all my questions in a timely manner. As for the rental itself, it was an amazing place. It was modern, clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. We loved the place and everyone who came by to visit loved the rental as well. The location of the place was so convenient. We could walk to everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Next year we will be renting from you guys again. Thanks so much!

We stayed at Rockaway #2 on Ocean Front Walk. We, a family of four, stayed comfortably at this modern style home with upscale appliances and amenities for 6 nights. They provided Ivory soap for the 3 shower areas, liquid handsoap, soft white towels, dishwashing detergent for dishes and dishwashers. The only thing a renter would need would be cooking oil, seasonings and such. The location is unbeatable, every attraction was less than 20 minutes. Washer & dryer worked wonderfully during our stay. The rear open parking garage was tight, plus the street for the garage is narrow as well, which made parking our rental, Buick Enclave, a mid size SUV, a bit of a challenge. Other SUV did not fit our luggages. Future renters- beware of the size of your car rental. We also enjoyed some quality beach times, a beautiful sunset, a great walk to Crystal Pier for breakfast, and the best final night at the Belmont Park. Staying at Rockaway#2 made our San Diego vacation very special and comfortable!

My husband & I spent a wonderful weekend at Rockaway 3. Very impressed by the clean conditions & the available amenities, making it home away from home yet treated by the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean! Thank you for a wonderful long weekend in San Diego. Loved Pacific Beach, loved the condo RIGHT ON THE BEACH, and loved the service you provided. Setting us up with surfing lessons with Surfari (Aaron was our instructor. He was great and particularly good with our 7 year old...nudging him/challenging him just enough and keeping him safe.) was great and we probably would have chickened out had we not seen the flyer in the condo!

Wanted to provide a review of my recent stay at your Jersey #2 property. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Everything from making reservations to arrival day was easy. The property was clean and had all the basics to start us off (dish soap, garbage bags, etc). The location was excellent and we had a wonderful birthday (mine) and Thanksgiving there! We just stayed in the Rockaway 1. What an amazing condo! Just a few steps and you’re right on the sand. Our little boy couldn’t get enough of the sand and surf! We loved all the amenities this place had to offer and felt like celebrities escaping to this lifestyles of the rich and famous beach house. We enjoyed our daily walks along the boardwalk and enjoyed each and every breath taking view of the setting sun. Talk about million dollar views. We look forward to returning to your place and highly recommend it to young honeymooners and families alike. Thank you Blaine and Dane for everything.

I am pleased to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach rental. Our 9 year old and 12 year old had a great time on the beach and it was really nice that we could keep an eye on them from the unit since we were so close to the beach. The unit was very clean and perfectly stocked with the necessities. The lockbox was a bit of a challenge to find, but our friendly neighbors helped us find it (probably an oversight on my part in not reading all the details you sent).

We were extremely pleased with the vacation rental. The location was perfect and the interior of the rental was so much better than the pictures we saw on the website! I also have to say all of the staff that I dealt with - mostly via texts- were wonderful and helpful -and not at all condesending when I could not figure out the key system. Our stay at 750 Devon Ct. absolutely exceeded our expectations. For the past 6 years, our family has stayed at 6 different houses in the Mission Beach area for our summer vacation. THIS property is, by far, the best we've encountered. It managed to feel both beachy and luxurious. Moreover, it was immaculately clean. (And, of course, you can't beat the location!) All the finishes were top of the line, and the property managers were prompt in responding to any questions that came up during our stay. We have finally found the property that we plan to come back to year after year!

Our stay at the rental on Coronado St. had fantastic ocean views. The amazing outdor space provided a barbecue grill, seating for 8 and a lounge chair for two, with an umbrella for shade. The manager was available if necessary to insure that everything was working properly. We had no problems and would highly recommend this two bedroom, two bath unit.

We rented 711 Island Court so we could attend a Marine graduation. The location was absolutely ideal. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Myself and 3 twenty year old guests. The facilities themselves, couldn't have been better. Plenty of room, nicely appointed, wireless access and everything we needed in the kitchen. Frosting on the cake was when we lost our key (temporarily) and the folks at 710 Beach Rentals met us at 10pm on a Sunday evening and took care of us. I look forward to our next opportunity as this was PERFECT.

We stayed at 2429 Mission Blvd. with our adult children and families...9 of us in all. It was perfect with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level, and the living area, kitchen, dining area, half bath and generous patio on the upper level...with a good size two car garage. This unit has all the modern conveniences. We loved it and it was perfect for us. The 710 Beach Rental Staff was attentive to all our requests and needs during our one week stay. This unit is about 100 yards to the boardwalk and 100 yards to Mission Bay, so we had access to Mission Beach surf and Mission Bay calm water. We enjoyed renting a paddle board from 710BR...what fun! We stayed in Rockaway 2 and Absolutely Loved our stay. The condo was the most beautiful we have ever stayed in, and the view was phenomenal feel asleep to waves crashing every night and woke up to refreshing beach air. We started our day people watching with coffee, and this was very fun as our condo was right on the boardwalk. The people we met were very friendly. The condo is perfectly located between Mission, and Pacific Beach, and we had a great time biking between the 2 piers, and spending time at Belmont Park amusement park. The bike ride is an easy 5 minutes either way. There are a number of restaurants near by, and you can rent anything you want for any activity. The interior of the condo is amazing, with Italian Marble, and showers, that have 2 shower heads making for a very luxurious shower. Flat screens in every room, and top of the line appliances. We cant wait to go back next summer with all off our friends, or even sooner. 5 Star without a Doubt!!!!

The customer service was great. Text messages were responded to very promptly. The property was maintained/cleaned in a very professional manner, check-in process is very convenient, place was stocked with the necessities as promised. I will definitely use your company again!

The views were amazing and recommend this condo to anyone wanting to enjoy Mission Beach to its fullest! Enclosed parking was a perk as were the flat screens throughout... If you are going to San Diego, check out this condo before you book your lodging. The process was seamless too!

We were at the Jersey #2 two bedroom unit. It was frick'n awesome. The view of the ocean, surfers, dolphins, couldn't have been any better. The unit was fully furnished with all the comforts of home. We are a vacation club (Hilton) members and we stay at quite a few resorts they don't have anything on your rentals. Great location to San Diego...easy to get aroud to the sights. Would do it again!! Thank you so much for making out Thanksgiving unforgetable.

We really enjoyed our condo at 3333 Ocean Front Walk (Jersey #1). With two little kids, it was a perfect location to be right on the gorgeous beach. The rooms were comfortable and the living area was very nice. We will definitely return to this property again and have already recommended it to others.

Manager is so nice and accommodating. Devon Ct was perfect for kids with large living area. The roof deck is amazing, there's nothing else like it at the beach. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Jersey #3 this past weekend. The unit was well maintained with full amenities and plenty of room for six adults. We especially enjoyed the ablity to open up the sliding glass doors during the day to cool the unit and smell the ocean. The biggest added bonus was that we could enjoy the sunsets from the privacy of our own unit above the congestion of the boardwalk. A definite plus compared to other units I have rented on Mission Beach in the past.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rockaway #3 for Valentine's day and it was the most romantic getaway ever! The property is amazing and the views of the ocean from the condo are gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend! Thank you Jeff for all your help! I highly recommend this place and we will be back soon!

We very much enjoyed our time in the rental. Dane was great, I'm impressed how responsive he was, even on Christmas Day. Kitchen was beautiful, nice appliances (loved the stove!). Beds were very comfortable, views were fantastic, overall loved the accommodation. Overall fantastic experience, you guys have a great location with this property.
