You simply arrive at your vacation home with a keypad entry code. For the duration of your stay, contact with others takes place solely at your discretion.

Modified Cancelation Policy

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS: Outside 30 days of arrival, 20% Down Payment is due to reserve property. 100% Payment is due 30 Days before Arrival and will be charged automatically to same credit card used, unless communicated otherwise. Within 30 Days of Arrival, 100% Payment is due to reserve property. If a check is returned NSF, Guest shall pay $50.00 as an NSF fee. If Guest cancels Reservation at least 14 days before Arrival date; Guest will receive full refund less Booking Fee. If Guest cancels Reservation at least 7 days before Arrival date; Guest will receive 50% refund. If Guest cancels Reservation within 7 days of Arrival date; Guest will receive refund of the departure clean and damage protection. This loss can be avoided if Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancelation is covered. Reservation can be rescheduled one time with no penalty at least 14 days before Arrival date. Guest will be required to pay any difference in rates.

Guest also has the option to reschedule once without penalty or hold 100% credit, if communicated 14 days prior to arrival. If you think you will rebook it makes sense to utilize the credit and not lose the booking fee. You can rebook dates anytime one year after original reservation dates. Guest will be required to pay any difference in price for rescheduled or rebooked dates. All reservation changes must be confirmed via Please include your reservation number and request.
