• This home is pet-friendly pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must weigh less than 20 lbs, be a non-shedding breed, and kenneled when unsupervised. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied.

Therefore, this townhome is only suitable for quieter, smaller groups. The owner of the building lives nearby. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, or parties—either inside or outside of the home. This is a no smoking building.
