How do I reserve my vacation home?
Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day! Simply search your dates, select your property, and “Book Now.” Once booked online, you will receive a confirmation email requesting Guest Info to confirm the reservation.
Is booking online secure?
YES. is a secure network. Your personal and payment information are safe and confidential and are only viewable by the website Administrator. 
What is required to secure my reservation?
In a nutshell… 
If booking is made outside 60 days of Arrival Date: Reservation Payment (20% of Total Cost), consent to Rental Terms, and a valid Credit Card.
If booking is made within 60 days of Arrival Date: Total paid, consent to Rental Terms, and a valid Credit Card.
What are the Payment Terms?
If booking is made outside 60 days of Arrival Date, Reservation Payment (20% of Total Cost) is required immediately to reserve the dates. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
If booking is made with 60 days of Arrival Date, Total Cost is due immediately to reserve the dates. 
What are the Cancelation/Refund Policies?

How do I check-in to my vacation rental?                                                                             
Arrival Info will be emailed to you 14 days prior to arrival assuming full payment and guest info has been received. 
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out option is available with pre-approval from management and for additional cost. Late check out is not available during our peak Summer season. 
Are pets allowed?
Most of our vacation homes do not allow pets due to allergy concerns; however, there are some that do. Pets that shed, sit on furniture, weigh over 20 lbs, or are not house trained are not allowed. There is a nonrefundable pet fee that will be added to your reservation should you decide to bring an approved pet. If unapproved pet is discovered at the property, you will be asked to leave without refund as you will be in violation of the rental Terms. 
How long are the minimum stays?
Generally there is a 3 night minimum stay. During Peak Summer we require 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. Certain holiday and other popular times may require longer stays as well. See property details for specifics.

What is supplied in the home?
Guests will arrive to find professionally laundered and sanitized high quality linens on ready made beds. Bath sets (which include bath towels and hand towels) are also provided. Beach towels are NOT provided, please remember to bring your own. All of our vacation rentals will have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, dinner ware and flat ware. Our vacation rentals also include a starter kit of dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The starter kit is meant to get you by until you make it to the store. If you would like our concierge service to stock the home with your favorite items, please let us know.
Does the home come with bikes?
Unfortunately our homes do not come with bikes; but, there are a number of local rental shops in the area. Most within walking distance from our rental homes. 
Who do I contact for Baby Supply Rentals?
We work with Baby’s Away San Diego. They can have whatever you need delivered and set up prior to your arrival! For more info or to reserve online, visit
What kind of extra amenities can I expect?
Cable TV and WiFi in every home! Property specific amenities list will be found on the online property description, or your reservation agent can go over the specific amenities of each home. 
Is daily housekeeping available?
While your vacation rental is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, should you require a mid-stay or daily housekeeping service, it is available for an additional fee.
