Each Unit (upper and lower) offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an additional outdoor shower. Two bedrooms, including the Master, have queen-sized beds. Third bedrooms have two twin size beds...perfect for children! Living rooms include flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for your whole family! Front patio offers outdoor seating and BBQ grill, and there is a third floor roof deck as well! 

731 Kennebeck is the upper unit of a divided home, 729 Kennebeck is the lower unit. Rent both units together for a total of 6 bedrooms! Hotel-style adjoining door can be unlocked upon request for parties renting full property for interior access between units.

This home is pet-friendly pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must weigh less than 20 lbs, be a non-shedding breed, and kenneled when unsupervised. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied.
