Enter through the front gate into the sunny private patio equipped with a BBQ, and an outside table for four. Open the front door to an open layout living room, dining room, and kitchen. Settle down on the new sectional couch in front of the gas fireplace, or turn on the Smart Flat Screen TV and watch your favorite show. Newly equipped with central AC, now you can cool off from a warm beach day in luxury style! All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and feature Queen size beds. Two additional, high-end self-inflatable Twin mattresses are provided for additional kids if needed. The Master bedroom is equipped with a gas fireplace, a private balcony, roomy tub and separate glass shower (with a peak water view). Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 and 3 also include ceiling fans. 

This home is pet-friendly pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must weigh less than 20 lbs, be a non-shedding breed, and kenneled when unsupervised. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied.
