• This unit can be combined with Balboa 834 (upstairs) for larger family gatherings with additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. BALBOA832 is located in South Mission Beach, close to Pacific Beach and some of our favorite restaurants. This home is two houses away from Mission Bay, and just across the street from the Beach and Boardwalk.
