On the second and third levels you’ll find the tastefully decorated master and two guest bedrooms—rooms with stylish flair and more luxurious than most hotels! Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan if you wish to have a little extra breeze in addition to the air conditioning. There’s also a flat-screen television with satellite cable in the Master bedroom (second floor) and in the Queen guest bedroom (third floor), should you want to snuggle up at night in one of the soft beds to watch your favorite show before you retire for the evening.  Each bedroom is equipped with a private, spa-like full bathroom, and there is a half bath for guests on the main level next to the kitchen.

The San Diego Airport has a convenient, central location in the city, about 5-10 minutes from this home. Due to this location, one of the flight paths goes over the Bankers Hill neighborhood. Airplane noise will be heard intermittently throughout the day, flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am.

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
