• Entrance of the home is located on the ground level, there are 2 levels of stairs to the 3rd floor. All living areas and bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.
• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
• Garage is narrow with a tight turning point. Recommend nothing over a standard/compact-sized SUV.
 
Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.
