• This home is part of a duplex that includes BRIGHTON825. Rent these homes together for a total of 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms.
• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, balconies and building common areas.
• HOME IS PET FRIENDLY, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small-medium non-shedding breed and kenneled when unsupervised. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be applied.
• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
• This is the upper level unit of a duplex building.
• Entering through the front door on Brighton Ct requires going through the ground floor unit's patio space to go up the stairs, however this patio is private for their use only so please be respectful of the separate spaces.
• The 3rd floor loft is accessed through the master bedroom and bathroom. Small kids should not be left unattended due to the larger railing openings. 
• The Peloton bike is only accessible for existing Peloton Members. Log in with your existing account credentials to start riding.
 
Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.

This home is in a great location sure to impress, as it lies in central Mission Beach. Your family will love exploring every area of Mission Beach, from the sights and sounds of the 5-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, the beachfront amusement park which houses miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, an arcade, and the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! The boardwalk has loads of trendy shops and restaurants to enjoy as well. You simply cannot run out of things to do in this area. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
