• This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families and groups. The owners live nearby. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• HOME IS PET FRIENDLY, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small-medium non-shedding breed and kenneled when unsupervised. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be applied.

• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at 710 homes. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.

La Jolla Mesa is a quiet residential neighborhood that sits just above the Bird Rock beach community. Perched on the hillside, homes in this neighborhood capture stunning ocean views, while enjoying easy access to all of the location amenities and attractions of La Jolla and nearby Pacific Beach, included beaches and parks,  shops and independent boutiques, and cozy cafes and restaurants. La Jolla Mesa is about 15 to Sea World, 25-30 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. Seal Beach and La Jolla Village are about 10 minutes from La Jolla Mesa. Many of our very favorite cafes and shops are within an easy distance from CANDLELIGHT901, as well as Tourmaline Beach, Palisades Park and Law Street Beach.
