• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, balconies and building common areas.
• No pets are allowed.
• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Keeping our vacation homes clean is our top priority. This home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before each reservation. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.

Located in a lively residential area, CROWNPOINT3566 is within easy driving distance to all San Diego has to offer. Nearby beaches, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk of this home, and fine dining and shopping experiences of La Jolla Village are just minutes away.  Stunning views are everywhere and you can look for seals and sea lions all along the La Jolla coast from the Cave Store down to the Children’s Pool. Sea World is a short walk or bike ride. 35 minutes to Legoland and Carlsbad Outlet. 15-20 minute to Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park Museums and Padres' Petco Park. 15 minute to Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds.
