• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, deck and any outdoor areas.
HOME IS PET FRIENDLY, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small-medium non-shedding breed and kenneled when unsupervised. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be applied.
• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a combination standard drip coffee maker and keurig machine, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
• This is a family home with a very sensitive neighbors. This home is not intended for larger groups that might be susceptible to after-hours noise. 

 
Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Clean & Safe: 
Keeping our vacation homes clean is our top priority. This home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before each reservation. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained. 

Neighborhood Notes:
North Pacific Beach stretches over a mile from Crystal Pier north up to Tourmaline. It is a calm area families tend to prefer. There are lifeguard-supervised swimming areas and facilities at the ends of Law and Diamond Streets. A wide variety of Pacific Beach restaurants and shops are located within a few blocks of this rental location, and the beach is less than 1 mile away. DIAMOND1261 is located in a quiet, residential street, with easy access to everything Pacific Beach has to offer!
