Walk into the property and you’ll be greeted by a cozy living area, with beachy décor, plenty of seating on a plush sectional, and a large flat-screen television. This area is a great space to relax between hanging out on the beach, or for watching some television when you’re unwinding in the evening. Additionally, the living area opens up to the front, street-facing patio furnished with two chairs and a small table.

Continue on through this space and you’ll find the dining area that can seat six, and fully-equipped kitchen with lots of counterspace for cooking, whether it’s a big family dinner after a day exploring the city or just an area to make cocktails and snacks to enjoy up on the rooftop patio. The kitchen also opens up to a ground-floor patio with a BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking. On this level you’ll also enjoy a convenient half-bathroom!

Through the kitchen you can access the upstairs level of the home, where you’ll find the two bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, which offers an additional twin trundle for extra sleeping accommodations! If you’re traveling with kids, they’ll love having this room as their own space, and it’s furnished with a television if they want to have movie nights in the evening! The bathroom features a shower/tub combo, while the bathroom for the master features a tub and walk-in shower. The master is furnished with a king-sized bed, television, and sliding doors to access a small patio.

On the rooftop deck you’ll find the best view in the house, with views of Sail Bay and the charming neighborhood. The rooftop deck is also equipped with a BBQ grill so you can whip up meals in the ocean breeze, and plenty of seating including a firepit!

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
