• This home is part of a duplex property that includes upstairs unit, ISLAND-3220BAY and neighboring ISLAND-A-3218BAY and ISLAND-B-3218BAY duplex units. Rent either or all homes together for additional bedrooms, space, and fun! 
• Being the ground floor unit, footsteps can occasionally be heard from upstairs unit. 
• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, balconies and building common areas.

After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.
