• This home is a private unit of duplex building. Your private patio occupies the west side of the ground floor space whereas the downstairs unit has the east facing patio space. 
• Please be mindful of footsteps and noise as it can easily heard by the downstairs unit.
• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, balconies and building common areas.
• This home may be monitored by exterior video surveillance and interior noise monitoring devices.
• No Pets are allowed.
• This home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
