• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
 
Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Keeping our vacation homes clean is our top priority. This home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before each reservation. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained. 

Neighborhood Notes:
LAJOLLABLVD7258 is within a short walk to the world famous Windansea Beach. There is grocery store, convenience shop and a few local restaurants within a block of this home. It’s also a short distance to both Bird Rock and La Jolla Village, where you'll find coffee shops, local restaurants and shops, as well as a few recreational parks and a public swimming pool.  Sea World is about 15 minutes by car, whereas the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego are all about 25 minutes away.
