For additional guests or visitors, there is a powder room on the first floor as well as a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional features include central AC, two-car tandem garage, beach items and much more!    

This home is pet-friendly pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must weigh less than 20 lbs, be a non-shedding breed, and kenneled when unsupervised. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied.
