Things to know:
• Like many homes in this coastal climate, this home does not have AC
• This condo is located on the 4th floor of the building. There is an elevator for the building, however 710 is not authorized to perform maintenance. If there are any issues, the HOA will coordinate repairs. 
• The underground parking clearance is only 6ft. Compact vehicles only.
• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, balconies and building common areas.
• No Pets are allowed.
• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
• Complex amenities are shared, please be respectful of all common areas and other residents. 
 
Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Keeping our vacation homes clean is our top priority. This home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before each reservation. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained. 

Neighborhood Notes:
Easy walking, biking or driving distance to all San Diego has to offer.  Nearby beach shops and restaurants plus fine dining and shopping experiences in La Jolla Village, just minutes away.  Stunning views are every where and you can look for seals and sea lions all along the La Jolla coast from the Cave Store down to the Children’s Pool. Sea World is a 15-20 minute drive. 35 minutes to Lego Land and Carlsbad Outlet. 20-25 minute to Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park Museums and Padres' Petco Park. 20 minutes to Qualcomm Stadium for the Charger's Game. 15 minute to Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds.
