The living room opens up seamlessly to the kitchen where traveling chefs can access the sleek granite countertops, natural wood cabinetry stocked with cookware, and modern, stainless steel appliances.

Nautical-leaning wall art is found throughout to highlight the beauty of your surroundings and when it’s time for bed, all of the options in this property are cozy. The master bed and second guest room are located on the third level and those that choose the master suite will get a good night’s sleep on a plush queen mattress and enjoy access to their private balcony.

• This home encompasses 3 levels + roof deck; there are many stairs; Living Area, Kitchen & one Bedroom are on the 2nd Floor, and Master & second guest bedroom are on the 3rd floor.  
• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes patio, balconies and any other outdoor areas. 
• Like many homes in the Coastal Community, this home does NOT have A/C. 
• HOME IS PET FRIENDLY, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small-medium non-shedding breed and kenneled when unsupervised. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be applied.

OSTEND807 is located in North Mission Beach on the bayside of Mission Blvd. This home is less than 1 block to the Bay, and just across the street from the Ocean and Boardwalk.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at 710 homes.
