• This home encompasses 3 levels, with the living room and kitchen on the third floor; there is no elevator. 
• The lower unit is occupied by a long-term tenant. The ground floor patio is for the exclusive-use of the lower unit tenants, with the exception of ingress and egress.  The only shared space is the outdoor shower. 

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Keeping our vacation homes clean is our top priority. This home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before each reservation. All linens are laundered, and our housekeeping team goes over commonly touched items to eliminate viruses and bacteria. After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.
