• HOME IS PET FRIENDLY, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small-medium non-shedding breed and kenneled when unsupervised. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be applied.
• This home may be monitored by exterior video surveillance and interior noise monitoring devices.
• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking at 710 homes.
