• The San Diego Airport has a convenient, central location in the city. Due to this location, one of the flight paths goes over the Mission Bay channel, at the South end of Mission Beach. Airplane noise may be heard intermittently throughout the day, flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am. 
• This home may be monitored by exterior video surveillance and interior noise monitoring devices.

The property is located on San Luis Rey Place, a quiet South Mission Beach location. Step out to the bay side where you can swim, boogie board, sunbathe or take a romantic stroll down the boardwalk. Just a few minutes to Sea World, The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. It is located within walking distance to groceries, beach rentals, quality restaurants and the newly upgraded Belmont Park and the Mission Bay Aquatic Center.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at 710 homes.
