• The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products. 
• This unit occupies the second and third levels, there is no elevator in the building. 
• Like many homes in our coastal climate, this home does not have A/C. The home has central heating and ceiling fans in all rooms for cooling.  

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

After the cleaning is completed, our team inspects the home to ensure our high standards are maintained.
