There is grocery store, convenience shop and a few local restaurants within a block of this home. It’s also a short distance to both Bird Rock and La Jolla Village, where you'll find coffee shops, local restaurants and shops, as well as a few recreational parks and a public swimming pool.  Sea World is about 15 minutes by car, whereas the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego are all about 25 minutes away.
