    • Double check you are entering the correct code provided via text.
    • Did you turn the deadbolt after entering the code?
    • Are you certain you are at the correct door?
    • Text management if unable to gain access to your home.
  • Cable not working
    • Please ensure the cable box is powered on and you are on the correct TV input. To troubleshoot, reset the box by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds.
  • HVAC not working
    • Most beach homes do not have AC, please verify your home is properly equipped. If yes and not cooling, please make sure all windows and doors are shut and allow adequate time to cool the home. Many homes will have limits from 70 – 78 degrees.
  • Late Checkout
    • Late checkout requests must be approved at least 48 hours in advance. We are unable to accommodate requests the night before departure. Checkout is 10am.
  • Noise
    • If you are concerned about a neighboring home, the quickest and generally most effective solution is to politely ask your neighbor to quiet down. If this does not work please send us pictures or video along with the address of the disruptive home and we will attempt to contact the owner, manager, or guest.
    • San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502: It shall be unlawful for any person to make any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noise which causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitiveness residing in the area. Between 10pm and 8am, even normal conversation must be moved inside your home as not to disturb sleeping neighbors.
  • Parking
    • Vehicle doesn’t fit or you need another space
      • We do not have access to additional parking. Additional parking options include free street parking, but be sure to read the signage for street sweeping and other restrictions. There are also free and paid public lots in the beach area. ParkMe.com is a helpful website.
    • Someone is parked in your space
      • Quickest solution is to find the owner of the vehicle and asking them to move. Check to see if they left a note on the windshield. In the event you are unable to locate the owner of the vehicle and want to proceed with tow, you will need to be available when the tow company arrives to show them your rental agreement. Western Towing 858-297-8697.
  • Plumbing Leak
    • Please text management ASAP!
    • Turn off the water to fixture or home immediately.
  • Refrigerator not cooling
    • Refrigerators may take time to recover from losing cold air and having warm contents placed inside. At times it can take 12-24hrs to reach desired temperature. During this time please use sparingly and make sure doors are completely sealed.
  • Scooters: Very contentious issue at the moment. Due to safety concerns and the scooter companies’ inability to properly manage their vehicles, we do not support their use. If you must ride, please be conscious of the rules and where you park them after use. Scooters should never be parked on a court, sidewalk, or private driveway. Please park them on the street or in a public parking lot.
  • Wifi Problem
    • Problems with Wifi can almost always be resolved by resetting the router. Location of the Wifi router will be listed on the refrigerator info sheet.
