  • Cable not working
    • Please ensure the cable box is powered on and you are on the correct TV input. To troubleshoot, reset the box by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds.
  • HVAC not working
    • Most beach homes do not have AC, please verify your home is properly equipped. If yes and not cooling, please make sure all windows and doors are shut and allow adequate time to cool the home. Many homes will have limits from 72 – 78 degrees.
  • Late Checkout
    • Unfortunately we are unable to offer late check-out at this time. Checkout is 10am.
  • Noise
    • Should a neighboring home cause a disturbance the most effective way to address is to speak to the responsible party directly. If that approach is unsuccessful we will try to help but our jurisdiction is limited when we are not the manager. If unable to help we will suggest contacting non-emergency Police dispatch at (858) 484-3154.
    • If you are concerned about the noise coming from a 710 home and asking the guest to quiet down has not helped, please call us at 858-251-8882.
    • San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502: It shall be unlawful for any person to make any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noise which causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitiveness residing in the area. Between 10pm and 8am, even normal conversation must be moved inside your home as not to disturb sleeping neighbors.
  • Parking
    • Vehicle doesn’t fit or you need another space
      • We do not have access to additional parking. Additional parking options include free street parking, but be sure to read the signage for street sweeping and other restrictions. There are also free and paid public lots in the beach area. ParkMe.com is a helpful website.
    • Someone is parked in your space
      • The quickest solution is to find the owner of the vehicle and ask them to move. Check to see if they left a note on the windshield. In the event you are unable to locate the owner of the vehicle and want to proceed with tow, you will need to be available when the tow company arrives to show them your rental agreement. Western Towing 858-297-8697.
  • Plumbing Leak
    • Please call management ASAP! 858-251-8882

    • Refrigerators may take time to recover from losing cold air and having warm contents placed inside. At times it can take 12-24hrs to reach desired temperature. During this time please use sparingly and make sure doors are completely sealed.
  • Scooters: It is illegal to ride motorized devices on the Boardwalk.  Please be conscious of the rules and where you park them after use. Scooters should never be parked on a court, sidewalk, or private driveway. Please park them in designated parking corrals.
